wait was the term rape just used for Derek Morgan? not only that, if something did happened doesn’t mean it was sex. anything could of happened. and also Derek and Garcia are perfect and everyone sees that. hmm. i guess i’m just confused on how that word could be used in a sentence about Derek.

Yeah, I’m kind of confused about how that too! Because “OMG SOMETHING SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED~” implies that they should’ve had sex. And having sex with someone who is blackout drunk is rape. Which you know, would be my problem with your post.

And no, not everyone ~sees how omg perfect Morgan and Garcia are~. Especially not when the show feels the need to have Garcia think that Morgan would have taken advantage of her like that. So yeah, no.

but no one said OMG SOMETHING SHOULD OF HAPPENED! it was a what if. and i guess that 2% that doesn’t see Derek and Garcia as perfect then ok. everyone has their opinion on how they see them two. and what if Derek was drunk too and didn’t tell Garcia, so what if they were both drunk. we don’t know that nobody knows that. guess nobody can think either what could of happened. cause it was clearly rape, i mean obviously.

I think if Garcia was nervous, maybe it wasn’t because she thought Morgan raped her, but because she really likes him and was afraid she said/did something she wouldn’t have while sober. because we all do that at least once while being drunk. and if you don’t drink, then you don’t know what it’s like, then you don’t get the chance to say anything about it, BECAUSE YOU DON’T KNOW. but if you do, then don’t be such a bitch, you can understand their reasons. Morgan is an amazing guy, he has integrity, he respects women a lot, and we have 7 years (150 episodes) to prove it. and yet you come and accuse him or RAPE? what if they kissed, what if Garcia tried to make a move on him and he refused, what if he saw her naked, a lot could have happened that Morgan chose not to tell her because he didn’t want to worry her and make things with Kevin weird or wrong or something.
